A hand-held biometric mobile control device offers a unique application (developed by CAELUM), which allows a safe, reliable, flexible and easy solution for:

• Identification of a person without documents and

• Verification of a person carrying a personal document, such as a passport, identity card or driving license.

They can be used for a variety of purposes:

Proof of payment of a toll or a license plate.
​Permission to enter a city center.

They must be easy to notice and identifiable. Like an original sticker, they cannot be removed without damaging them and are made from weather-resistant materials and colors.

In its classic analog form, it is difficult to monitor compliance with regulations on daily driving and rest times in their entirety. That is why digital tachographs have been introduced and are already in use in many developed countries.

The digital tachograph system improves road safety by automatically recording and regularly monitoring driver performance data and vehicle journey details, including speed and distance traveled.
